One day you’re fine. The next, you’re wondering, “What is wrong with me?”
If you’re a woman over 40 and suddenly anxious about things that never used to bother you, you may be wondering why you feel so different.
You’re snapping at your partner or kids, and then feeling guilty afterward.
You cry more easily.
Little things overwhelm you.
Situations you used to handle without a second thought suddenly feel like too much.
You feel scattered and forgetful, like your brain just doesn’t work the way it used to.
And you start wondering:
“Am I losing my mind?”
“Why can’t I handle stress anymore?”
“Why do I feel anxious when nothing is actually wrong?”
Where do you even start?
Changing hormones absolutely matter, but they aren’t the whole story.
Maybe you’ve gone to your doctor looking for answers. You were offered medication or counseling, or told your labs look “normal.”
But you’re still left wondering what the heck is happening and why you don’t feel like yourself.
I believe there’s another piece of the conversation that often gets overlooked: how we’re supporting our bodies through perimenopause.
The everyday choices we make play an important role in how we feel, but most women have never been shown what to do and where to start.
And that’s exactly what I’m going to show you in this masterclass.
You’ll walk away with a simple plan to help you feel less anxious and overwhelmed and more in control of handling daily stressors.
✔️ Why you suddenly feel more anxious, irritable, or emotional after 40, so you can stop wondering, “What is wrong with me?” and start supporting your body with what it needs in perimenopause.
✔️ Which everyday habits are working against you, so you can stop putting more effort into those things and focus on the habits that may actually make a big difference.
✔️ The 5 areas to focus on to support your body through perimenopause, so you have less anxiety, more patience, and energy to accomplish what’s on your to-do list.
✔️ Exactly where to start so you can stop Googling, second-guessing every decision, or feeling overwhelmed by trying everything at once.
IN THIS FREE MASTERCLASS, YOU’LL LEARN:
Does this sound like you?
You’re anxious about things that never used to bother you and sometimes wonder, “What is happening to me?”
You’re snapping at your partner or kids over little things and then feeling terrible or guilty afterward because it’s not really you or how you want to treat the people you love.
You’re exhausted and don’t have the energy you used to have to exercise, go out with friends, or do the things you actually enjoy.
You’re not sleeping like you used to, and everything feels harder the next day because you’re exhausted.
You’re wondering if you're losing it or if something is seriously wrong because you don’t recognize yourself anymore.
You want to take better care of yourself, but you’re overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice about what to eat, how to exercise, which supplements to take, and where you're even supposed to start.
If this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place!
And I have good news!
I know you don’t have the bandwidth to add one more thing to your plate.
So I’ve simplified what to focus on every day to better support your body and help you feel like yourself again.
That's exactly what I'm going to show you in this masterclass.
LET’S HANG OUT!
Hi, I’m Jenny.
I’m a Board -Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach helping women over 40 calm the mental and emotional chaos of perimenopause with simple lifestyle habits so they feel normal again.
I'm also a woman who knows what it's like to not recognize herself during this season of life.
I struggled with anxiety, irritability, and depression and didn't understand why I was feeling so bad.
I remember sitting in my doctor’s office feeling a sense of panic and dread thinking something was seriously wrong with me.
My heart was racing, my mood was all over the place, I couldn’t focus and I thought, “am I losing it?”
Turns out, I was in perimenopause and needed to take a different approach to supporting my body through the transition. Changing what I was eating, how I was sleeping, how I was moving my body, and how I was managing stress helped me feel so much better.
My transformation was a powerful reminder that sometimes going back to the basics can make the biggest difference. We don’t always need complicated protocols to better support our bodies. My own experience is what led me to the work I do today.
Now I guide women on what to focus on every day so they can have more patience with the people they love, more energy to enjoy their lives, and feel like themselves again.
