Hi there, I’m Jenny.

I help women over 40 ease anxiety and mood swings in perimenopause.

I do what I do because I know what it’s like to live through the sadness, exhaustion, and frustration of not being heard. I’m here to give women real answers, support, and hope, so they never have to walk the road alone.

I envision a world where women trust their bodies again, have access to accurate health information, and are encouraged to rest more, nourish themselves, and stop apologizing for slowing down. I imagine a world where doctors listen, and women advocate for their own health. That midlife becomes a season of strength and renewal, not struggle.

After moving from SoCal to Arizona in 2017, my life forced me to slow down, and when I did, I woke up to the reality that my health was going down a path of misery and chronic diseases.

I was dealing with anxiety, depression, and crushing fatigue that didn’t match the life I wanted to live. My doctor handed me an antidepressant, but the real issue was that I was in perimenopause and I had developed prediabetes. That moment changed everything.

Years earlier, I had lost both of my parents to major health challenges. My mom passed away from breast cancer, and six years later, my dad died from complications of Type 2 diabetes. Their absence was (and still is) a constant reminder of what can happen when we ignore the warning signs and just keep pushing through. Their story became a quiet, steady force in the background, shaping how seriously I took my own health.

So, I dove into functional medicine, changed the way I lived, healed my body, and transformed my health. I am no longer prediabetic, my energy returned, my depression lifted, and I lost 20 pounds in the process. That transformation made me want to help other women do the same, so I became a board-certified functional medicine health coach.

Over time, I noticed something important: information alone wasn’t enough. The women who struggled most weren’t “weak” or “unmotivated.” They were simply stuck in old patterns, beliefs, and emotional exhaustion.

Inspired by my transformation….

That’s what led me to study the subconscious mind and learn how deeply it influences our habits, mood, and ability to change. I began creating guided meditations and subconscious rewiring practices to help women shift what’s happening beneath the surface.

Now I blend functional medicine with mind–body practices so women can create true, lasting change from the inside out. I will never compromise on accountability, compassion, honesty, integrity, and kindness.

I take a holistic approach to relieving anxiety and fatigue in perimenopause.

Transformation happens when you slow down and get back to the basics. That’s when real, lasting change begins, and when you can finally show up feeling energized, strong, and fully yourself again.
