My work was born out of my own struggle — the sadness, exhaustion, and frustration of not being heard. I know what it feels like to be handed a quick fix instead of real answers. After moving from Southern California to Arizona, my health began to unravel. I was dealing with anxiety, depression, and deep fatigue, and later discovered I was in perimenopause and prediabetic. That moment changed everything.

Years earlier, I had lost both of my parents to serious health challenges — my mom to breast cancer and my dad to complications from Type 2 diabetes. Their loss became a quiet but powerful reminder of what can happen when we ignore our bodies for too long.

So I turned to functional medicine, shifted how I lived, and healed my body. My energy returned. My depression lifted. I’m no longer prediabetic, and I lost 20 pounds in the process. That transformation led me to become a board-certified functional medicine health coach.

But I quickly learned that information alone isn’t enough. Many women aren’t unmotivated; they’re emotionally exhausted and stuck in subconscious patterns. That’s why I also studied the subconscious mind and began incorporating guided meditation into my programs.
