This work is personal to me. My passion for helping women started with my own struggle. I was living with sadness, exhaustion, and frustration of not being heard. I know what it feels like to be handed a quick fix instead of real answers.

My turning point came in 2018 after moving from Southern California to Arizona, when my health began to unravel. I was dealing with anxiety, depression, and crushing fatigue, and later discovered I was in perimenopause and prediabetic.

That moment changed everything.

What shaped me even more was losing both of my parents to serious health challenges—my mom to breast cancer and my dad to complications from Type 2 diabetes.

Their loss was a painful but powerful reminder of what can happen when we ignore our bodies for too long.

I turned to functional medicine and changed my lifestyle, and my body responded. My energy came back, my depression lifted, and I reversed my prediabetes. Another great side effect of caring for my body? I lost 20 pounds!
