The Hormone Reset Project is a 6-week lifestyle group coaching program. The transformation you get at the end of the six weeks is new habits that become effortless to support your body in perimenopause. Women who complete the program report less anxiety (some get off medications), better sleep, less brain fog, and even weight loss. I run this program a few times a year, and once you enroll, you’ll start right away with the Prep Phase, meal planning, and setting up your kitchen using the Balanced Plate Method so you feel confident making simple, nourishing meals every day without overthinking or complicating them.
Over the 6 weeks, we’ll meet for 4 live group coaching calls, so you have the support of a community walking this journey with you. These calls help you stay accountable, talk through obstacles and challenges, and celebrate your wins, making it far easier to follow through and experience real shifts in your energy, mood, and clarity.
My personalized 1-on-1 coaching program is designed to meet your unique needs over a minimum of 3 months. Sessions are conducted via Zoom, and you’ll have access to me between sessions for additional support. As a bonus, you'll also receive access to the Hormone Reset Project lessons and resources.

No, there are no meal plans in this program. Meal plans can feel rigid and overwhelming, and most women don’t stick with them long term. Instead, this program gives you the flexibility to enjoy the foods you love while learning how to create balanced meals using the Balanced Plate Method.
You’ll have clear daily targets for protein, veggies, healthy carbs, and fats, so you know exactly how to nourish your body to balance your hormones and boost your energy (without relying on a one-size-fits-all plan). This way, you’ll have the confidence to create meals that fit your lifestyle and still get results.

For the 3-month 1:1 coaching program paid in full, a partial refund is available if you choose to withdraw after the first month. The refund will be based on the remaining unused portion of the program. Partial refunds apply only to programs paid in full at enrollment.
