Hi there, I’m Jenny

When I'm not walking my dogs or chauffeuring my teenagers around, I'm helping women over 40 stop feeling tired, overwhelmed, and off track through simple nutrition and lifestyle changes.

This work is personal to me because I've been there myself.

Years ago, I struggled with exhaustion, anxiety, brain fog, and frustrating weight gain. I was eventually diagnosed with prediabetes and discovered I was in perimenopause. I turned to functional medicine and began making simple changes to what I was eating and my daily habits.

My energy came back. My depression lifted. I reversed my prediabetes and lost 20 pounds.

But here's the thing...

Even as a health coach, life still happens.

Recently, I found myself reaching for handfuls of chocolate chips from the pantry, grabbing quick snacks for energy, and feeling completely exhausted by the afternoon. The cravings felt out of control, my clothes were fitting tighter, and I kept thinking, "What is going on?"

Then I took a step back and realized what was happening.

My blood sugar was on a roller coaster, driving my cravings, energy crashes, and snack attacks.

So I went back to my tried-and-true Balanced Plate Method. This is what I use in the 14-Day JumpStart.
