Day 3: Creating Your Menu
Inside the challenge, you’ll get my favorite quick, delicious recipes and a simple meal-planning template to help make healthy eating easier all week long.
Day 4: Grocery Shopping
You either love grocery shopping or you dread it. You will learn how to make the most of your time and budget when grocery shopping for your meals.
Day 5: Meal Prep
Learn simple meal prep strategies that help you save time in the kitchen so you can prep once and enjoy healthy meals all week.
