I believe all women deserve to be heard and have their symptoms taken seriously. We intuitively know when something isn’t right, so being told “nothing’s wrong with you” or “your labs are normal” can feel invalidating and discouraging.

Five years ago, I was standing exactly where you are. There was a season where anxiety ran my life. My thoughts wouldn’t slow down. My body felt constantly tense. I was exhausted in a way sleep didn’t fix. Some days, I needed a nap just to function, and even then, I had no energy or motivation to do anything.

I lived in survival mode. I didn’t feel like myself anymore— mentally, emotionally, and physically. I felt disconnected from my body, overwhelmed by my emotions, and scared by how intense everything felt.

But what I learned changed everything:
There wasn’t something wrong with me — something was changing in my body.

Now, I help women understand what’s actually happening beneath their symptoms, support their hormones, and find their way back to feeling normal again.

And the truth is, it starts with the foundation of nutrition.

Most women in midlife are not eating nearly enough protein to support their hormones, brain chemistry, mood stability, and blood sugar. Low protein intake plays a major role in anxiety, fatigue, emotional instability, poor stress tolerance, disrupted sleep, and worsening mood swings. You can’t regulate a nervous system that isn’t nourished, and you can’t stabilize hormones without stable blood sugar, which is why we begin with foundational nourishment: eating enough food, especially protein.

This is how you rebuild your foundation, so your hormones, brain, and nervous system finally have the support they need to feel calmer, steadier, and more energized again.
